New buildings

Iron, bricks, glass and light are the combination of materials employed to renovate this old factory. Simple, yet very functional elements that convey an idea of sobriety and determination, typical of such working spaces and of the people who used to work there, concepts also found in the long brick façade displaying a horizontal development underlined by a large ribbon window.

Inside the office area, light and transparency make the working environment separate yet connected at the same time, while the strong and intense light filtering from the outside keeps the heart of all activities pulsating.

An ‘inside-out’ effect is created by the indoor garden: an ideal place where to welcome clients or where staff can relax, a space dominated by reflecting and refracting light that becomes the structural and architectonic leitmotif for the whole building.
