Rennovation

This villa nestled in the woods , was built in the seventeenth century , was rebuilt in the Art Nouveau period and has recently been restructured and divided into five apartments . The prerequisites of the renovation work has been the desire to maintain the structure of the house , the great importance given to light through the creation of large openings in the ceiling to allow the entry of light from above and the use of materials that were in harmony with existing ones.
The study of green favored the choice of perfumed essences such as eg re-blooming roses , jasmine , oleander , Olea fragrans, philadelphus virginalis , in order to enhance the features of the natural environment , consisting largely of locust pseudoacacie flowers with the sweet fragrance.
