Hamlet turned into office
Rennovation
This hamlet in Franciacorta, previously the home and workspace of a winemaker, had been abandoned for some time and was then purchased by the new owner, who was very receptive and yearning to restore the property to its original splendour.
The renovation project was therefore planned respecting the old architecture, which had the advantage of an elegant simplicity, choosing cuts, materials and colours that were faithful to the original ones and to the rural traditions of the location, albeit with a modern take.
The vineyard has also been replanted, together with a new orchard and vegetable garden, conferring a quiet bucolic dimension to this building, now turned into a residential space and also hosting the owner’s executive office.
